Return & Exchange Policy
All timber, doors, boards and finishing supplies are inspected before dispatch. Please check your materials upon delivery or collection.
1. Defective Goods
We accept returns on items with verified manufacturing or structural defects. Report the issue within 7 days with your receipt for a direct replacement or refund.
2. Product Exchanges
Unused materials in clean, resaleable condition can be exchanged for another item, size or finish at our yard within 7 days. Price and transport adjustments apply where necessary.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns and exchanges are not accepted on materials that have been cut, planed, painted, fitted, chipped, scratched or damaged by improper site storage.
